• The fully digital 2nd generation UnitWise platform offers a wide range of distributed data acquisition and device control functions, setting a new performance standard for preclinical scientific apparatus
• The UnitWise platform uses standard Ethernet connectivity as the backbone to connect the high-level components of a UnitWise data acquistion and experimentation environment. This platform architeture allows for a virtually unlimited number of components to be integrated into a single network. Components of a UnitWise system can include our complete flexiVent and inExpose product lines, our Universal Intelligent Transducers (UNITs) and flexiWare software, as well as other third party devices.
• The UnitWise system architeture allows for the creation of distributed multi-client environments where data may be simultaniously collected from several parallel workstations into a central database.
• With this UnitWise platform, all of our Universal Intelligent Transducers (UNITs) fit into any port without any need at all for additional modules, adapters or pods.
• The digitial interface performs self-tests, asserts system integrity and logs all configuration details. In particular, the transducers have a processor that embeds calibrations, facilitating the entire system setup. Just plug in the transducers and start recording.
